There are fantastic benefits to using fixed air terminals and adhesive cable fixings which include the following:
- The air terminal base is comparable in price to a mechanically fixed base
- A down conductor clip is considerably less expensive than a mechanically fixed one per unit
- Great availability
- Quick installation and therefore lower labor costs
- No drilling needed
- No surface penetration needed
- No mains or battery operated tools needed
Another major benefit of using this cable is that it provides more options with respect to the finial bases and tape fixings. The installer may fix them to the structure using adhesive rather than mechanical fixings and drilling.
